Venetians Blinds

Classic style with adjustable light control to suit every room.
Venetian blinds provide precise control over light and privacy while adding timeless appeal to both contemporary and traditional interiors.

Why choose Venetian Blinds?

Venetian blinds are a timeless and highly versatile window furnishing, offering exceptional control over light, privacy, and airflow. With adjustable horizontal slats that can be tilted through almost 180 degrees, Venetian blinds allow you to fine-tune the amount of light entering your space while maintaining privacy throughout the day.

Available in a range of materials, colours, and slat sizes, Venetian blinds can complement everything from contemporary homes to classic interiors. Their practical design and clean lines make them a popular choice for living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and bedrooms alike.

Unlike roller blinds or curtains, Venetian blinds are designed primarily as a static window furnishing. Day-to-day operation is typically achieved by tilting the slats to adjust light, privacy, and airflow, rather than regularly raising and lowering the blind. For optimal longevity and performance, Venetian blinds are best kept in the lowered position and raised only when cleaning windows or accessing window latches.

Slat Sizes

The size of the slat can have a significant impact on both the appearance and functionality of your Venetian blinds. Wider slats create a bold, contemporary look and provide a clearer view when open, while narrower slats offer a more traditional appearance and finer light control.

Available Slat Sizes

• 50mm
• 50.5mm (Bamboo)

Configuration

Venetian blinds can be customised to suit a variety of window sizes, layouts, and installation requirements.

Controls

As Venetian blinds are designed primarily as a static window furnishing, regular use is generally achieved through slat adjustment rather than repeatedly raising and lowering the blind. For best performance and longevity, we recommend keeping the blind lowered and only raising it when cleaning windows or accessing window latches.

Manual Operation - Traditional Venetian blinds utilise separate controls for lifting and lowering the blind, as well as tilting the slats. This allows precise adjustment of both privacy and natural light throughout the day.

The slats can be tilted through almost 180°, ranging from a clear outward view to maximum privacy and light reduction.
